At Resttoria, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, clean, and in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately after delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
